1. Who we are
This website, monarchia.shop, sells the brand Monarchia. It is operated by Avelori Group, an Udyam-registered micro enterprise ("we", "us"). Registered address: 001, Radha Krishna Chawk, Mahuva Bhavnagar Road, Bhadrod, Mahuva, Bhavnagar, Gujarat 364295, India. Office and correspondence address: 49 Ambli Road, Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India. We decide how your personal data is used (the "data fiduciary" under Indian law).
2. What we collect
- You give us: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, messages you send us, and account details if you create an account.
- Payments: payments are handled by PhonePe Payment Gateway and our store platform. We never store your card or UPI details. They are processed by the payment gateway. We receive only the payment status, transaction ID and the type of payment method.
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookies and similar tools. We use Shopify's built-in analytics and the cookies needed to run the store and checkout.
3. Why we use it
- To take, make, ship and deliver your order, and to handle payments, refunds, returns and exchanges.
- To send order updates by email, SMS or other channels you've agreed to.
- To confirm COD orders and prevent fraud and misuse.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints.
- To send offers and drops, only if you agree. You can stop anytime. We currently do this by email.
- To improve the website and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
4. Who we share it with
Only as needed to run the store: - Our production partner and courier partners: your name, address, phone and order details, so your order can be made and delivered. - Payment gateway (PhonePe) and store platform (Shopify): to process payments and run the website. - Analytics, marketing and messaging tools in section 2. - Authorities, where required by law or a valid legal order.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may store data on servers outside India.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some may break checkout.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for up to 8 years for tax and accounting. Marketing data is kept until you opt out. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
7. Security
We use the security measures of our store platform and payment partners (such as HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and never share OTPs.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the data we hold and how we use it, correct or update it, erase it (where we don't need to keep it by law), withdraw consent (including for marketing), nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance. Email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Children
Our store is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

We reply within 12 hours. We acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
