By browsing or buying on monarchia.shop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Avelori Group, an Udyam-registered micro enterprise (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-05-0045686). Registered address: 001, Radha Krishna Chawk, Mahuva Bhavnagar Road, Bhadrod, Mahuva, Bhavnagar, Gujarat 364295, India. Office and correspondence address: 49 Ambli Road, Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India. The clothing brand sold here is Monarchia.

We sell our own branded clothing directly to customers. We are the seller of record. Contact and Grievance Officer details are on our Contact Information page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent or guardian's supervision, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products and made-to-order items

  • Products are printed or embroidered to order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and print placement can vary by a small margin between pieces.
  • Product pages show the material, fit and size details we have. Please check the size guide before ordering.
  • We try to keep descriptions and images accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • The total (item price, shipping, discounts) is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices and offers can change without notice. The price when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If an item is listed at an obvious error price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for stock or production problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address, and will refund any amount you have paid.

6. Payments

We accept UPI, cards and other methods shown at checkout through PhonePe Payment Gateway, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders (no COD fee). Payments are subject to the terms of your bank, card issuer, UPI app and the payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. A failed payment with money deducted is normally auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.

7. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy (which includes our cancellation terms). They are part of these terms.

8. Your account and conduct

  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information. Don't misuse the site: no fraud, no chargeback abuse, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no unlawful use.
  • We may suspend accounts or restrict COD for misuse.

9. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, logos, text, photos and the Monarchia name are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not rights to the artwork on it.

10. Reviews and messages

If you post a review or message, you give us permission to display it on our channels. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or false.

11. Third-party links and services

We may link to other sites or use third-party services (payments, couriers, analytics). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limits on our liability

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures outside our control (for example courier disruption, natural events, platform outages). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.

14. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint, email our Grievance Officer, Meet, Founder, at support@monarchia.shop. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum rights you have under law.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
